Yoga Summer Camp

MANIFEST YOUR INNER CHILD

Disconnect from your busy world and manifest your inner child in Kripalu’s summer camp for adults. Too often, we forget the many benefits of carefree fun or the learning opportunities that can be found in simple, enjoyable activities. Reconnect with the pleasures of good company, stress-free days, and the great outdoors this summer.

You will experience

  • Hikes and walks along stunning forest and mountain trails
  • Guided kayaking and stand up paddleboarding on Lake Mahkeenac
  • Arts and creative expression workshops
  • Nature observation and identification classes with instructors from Mass Audubon’s Berkshire Sanctuaries
  • Accessible yoga, dance, and movement classes.

Put down your phone, set your responsibilities aside, and come have some fun!
