Yoga Summer Camp

MANIFEST YOUR INNER CHILD

Manifest your inner child and disconnect from your busy world in Kripalu’s summer camp for adults.

Too often, we forget the many benefits of carefree fun or the learning opportunities that can be found in simple, enjoyable activities. Join Katie Hagel and Lisa Howard as they guide you to reconnect with the pleasures of good company and the great outdoors this summer.

Experience stress-free days and meet new friends through fun and play as you experience:

  • Hikes and walks along stunning forest and mountain trails
  • Guided kayaking on Lake Mahkeenac
  • Arts and creative expression workshops
  • Nature observation and identification
  • Mindful archery
  • Relaxing outdoor yoga
  • An optional evening campfire with s’mores

Put down your phone, set your responsibilities aside, and come have some fun.

This program was rated one of “The Best Adult Summer Camps” by O, The Oprah Magazine in 2019.

“I came for the yoga summer camp for adults program with the intent of having a fun and relaxing vacation, but came away with a much more profound experience. I loved every minute of it, and look forward to returning. It was a truly magical week!” —Past participant
