Yoga Summer Camp

This program—developed and led by our own faculty with the Kripalu methodology in mind—is offered exclusively at Kripalu.

Disconnect from your busy world and manifest your inner child in Kripalu’s summer camp for adults. Too often, we forget the many benefits of carefree fun or the learning opportunities that can be found in simple, enjoyable activities. Reconnect with the pleasures of good company, stress- free days, and the great outdoors this summer!

Come experience

  • Hikes and walks along stunning forest and mountain trails
  • Guided kayaking and stand up paddleboarding on Lake Mahkeenac
  • Arts and creative expression workshops
  • Nature observation and identification classes with instructors from Mass Audubon’s Berkshire Sanctuaries
  • Accessible yoga, dance, and movement classes.

Put down your phone, set your responsibilities aside, and come have some fun!

Here’s what last year’s participants are saying:

“My yoga camp program was everything I wanted to do and more, and I made so many new friends!”

“I came for the yoga summer camp for adults program with the intent of having a fun and relaxing vacation, but came away with a much more profound experience. I loved every minute of it, and look forward to returning. It was a truly magical week!”

“The range of activities was excellent; very enthusiastic leaders and a good mix of personalities.”
