If the pandemic taught us anything, it's that we must find new ways to be at our best physically and mentally, stay in touch with old friends, and make new friends. A recent landmark study has revealed that connecting with others is vital to good health. 

Join founder and CEO of Vitality Society, Meredith Oppenheim, and fitness expert, Josie Gardiner, for a program that will inspire you to measure your vitality and create a pathway to a healthier, happier life.
