- Breakfast is a silent meal to help support conscious eating. A small dining room across the hall from the main dining area is available for those who wish to quietly share breakfast with others.
- Kripalu serves meals with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. If your child has specific dietary needs, please bring or purchase the food items your child needs or prefers. The Kripalu Shop also sells a wide selection of healthy snacks.
- Highchairs and booster seats are available in the Main Dining Hall.
We recognize that, just like adults, our younger guests have varying food preferences and degrees of experience with the type of cuisine we serve. While we hope that children enjoy our dishes, we want you to be aware of the more traditional options we provide for kids.
During lunch and dinner, a build-your-own sandwich bar including meats and cheeses is available near the Panini grill. We also offer plain white basmati rice, steamed vegetables, and plain beans on our Buddha Bar. At every meal, there is a side bar that includes peanut butter, jelly, bread, and rice cakes.
