Kripalu Retreat & Renewal
Experience Kripalu your way—day pass or overnight stay
A Self-Guided Retreat Designed for Real Renewal
Sometimes the most meaningful retreat is simply a chance to return to yourself.
With Kripalu’s R&R experience, you have the freedom to spend each day exactly as you need. Join expert-led yoga and meditation classes, explore outdoor activities and wellness workshops, enjoy nourishing meals, or unwind in the quiet beauty of the Berkshires.
Without the structure of a formal program, your stay unfolds naturally and at your own pace. Walk the trails, connect with community, book a Healing Arts treatment, or simply take time to rest and reset.
Your stay is all-inclusive, with meals, classes, and access to the grounds and amenities included. Healing Arts sessions are available to deepen your experience if you choose. Rooted in the living lineage of Kripalu teachings, every offering is designed to support well-being in a way that feels accessible, flexible, and deeply restorative.
Come for a day, a few nights, or longer. Leave feeling like yourself again.
