We are living in a time where it can be hard to not feel the energy of the world and be impacted by it. Shock, collective trauma, and fear can dysregulate anyone, yet whether we respond to that energy or absorb it speaks to our body's sensitivity level.  

Empaths have an intuitive ability to feel the energy of others and the world around them, but there is a difference between being empathic and overly empathic. The latter happens when the body carries imprints, blocks, unprocessed emotions, and conditioning that leaves a vulnerability in the energetic system and the nervous system.

The true nature of the empath is not to become overly empathic and debilitated by patterns of absorption. To be an empowered empath in the world requires a reparenting of outdated energy held in the first three chakras of the body and a reclaiming of that power.  

Through a deep dive into the energetic system, this program will help you understand what is happening in your energetic body that is creating weak boundaries, hypervigilance, and oversensitivity. You will also experience guided energetic healings to release energy, patterns, blocked emotions, and imprints unbalancing the self and causing over-absorption.
