Body as Home
A feminine nervous system immersion
Come As You Are
You are not falling apart. You are a woman who has held it together beautifully, for a very long time. You have shown up, given, managed, navigated, supported, and kept moving even when your body was asking you to stop.
Somewhere between all of that, you lost the thread back to yourself. Not your power, but joy, ease, creativity, and sovereignty. The parts of you that remember what it feels like to simply be, without producing, proving, or holding the room together. This weekend is for you. The woman underneath all of that doing.
Join global wellness expert, author, and creator of Spiritually Fly™, Faith Hunter, for a weekend devoted entirely to feminine nervous system renewal and somatic homecoming. Whether you are moving through burnout, a major life transition, or a quiet disconnection from your own body and soul, this weekend will meet you exactly where you are.
Faith will hold a sacred container where you are invited to arrive fully, rest deeply, and reconnect with the intelligence your body has been holding for you all along. Through somatic movement, restorative yoga, breathwork, deep meditation, therapeutic journaling, nervous system regulation, intuitive ritual, and sound, you will create real space in your body, breath, and mind for something true to surface.
Throughout the weekend, you will:
- Move through somatic and restorative practices rooted in feminine wisdom to regulate, reset, and restore your nervous system.
- Breathe with intention through practices designed to soothe the body and gently rewire patterns of stress and survival.
- Drop into guided meditations and ritual that will cultivate safety, clarity, and inner sovereignty.
- Use therapeutic journaling to move stored emotion out of the body and onto the page, creating space for new possibility.
- Rebuild the relationship between your intuition, body, and Spirit.
Your body has been holding the door open for you. This is your invitation to walk back through. Come as you are and leave as yourself.
