This program emphasizes mindful alignment, steady breath, and fluid transitions, offering space to challenge yourself while staying deeply connected to your body’s wisdom. You’ll be encouraged to listen inward, make choices that support you, and explore variations that meet you where you are—on any given day.
Expect a practice that is grounding and energizing, focused and playful, structured yet spacious. You’ll leave feeling stronger, more open, and more at home in your body—carrying the felt sense of mindful movement into the rest of your day.

This class is well-suited for students with some yoga experience who are comfortable moving through a moderately paced flow.
