Promote Energy

Yoga provides replenishment anytime, anywhere. Think of this practice as a yogic reset: a mini yoga retreat without leaving home. Generating more vitality allows us to receive the nourishment we need and let go of what is no longer needed.

We'll use posture to promote vigor and energy, whatever your level and ability, pranayama (breath control) to balance your physiology, and meditation to help you disidentify with and let go of depleting thoughts. Philosophical precepts for yogic living will offer the foundation for our practices, and provide actionable ways of being that will reinvigorate you for whatever life has in store.
