This three-day workshop connects whole foods nutrition, somatic wisdom, and stress recovery. Learn how to eat for a flexible nervous system and nourish your body in a relational way. Discover the “why” behind your cravings and how to support the adrenal system. Reimagine a new relationship with food and your body that includes pleasure and leaves shame and judgment behind.
In this workshop, you will learn:
- A reframing of the food groups as they relate to adrenal health and the nervous system.
- A new perspective on foods we deem “good” or “bad” and why we reach for the foods we do in times of stress or disassociation.
- A different approach to health from a somatic lens and a new understanding of the body’s language through sensation.
- Somatic practices to support and witness the body.
- How to eat to reduce stress and assist with trauma recovery.
