How to Turn Grief into Grace
Reclaim What Trauma Reorganized
This grief intensive is for anyone carrying a loss the world expected to be past. This includes death as well as losses of identity, health, and the life someone knew before. The program pairs teaching with group sharing and creative expression, helping you build a living relationship with your grief rather than trying to finish it
Edy Nathan leads you through her Liberation Protocol, a structured model built on 11 identifiable phases of grief, moving from shock and role confusion through fear, anger, and shame, toward integration and what she calls grace. Sessions combine clinical grounding (trauma neuroscience, Internal Family Systems) with the embodied methods she’s known for: psychodrama and mask making.
In this retreat, you will discover:
- Language for an experience you may have carried for years without a name for it.
- A clear framework for identifying where you are in the grief process, and what comes next.
- Direct experience with body-based trauma practices, not just talk therapy.
- A concrete next step to continue the work after the retreat ends.
This work doesn’t promise a cure or a fixed timeline. It offers a clear structure for grief that has had none, and practical tools for reclaiming what trauma reorganized. Please join us for this heart-centered offering.
