Within each one of us resides a mystic, a magician, and an alchemist. For thousands of years, cultures around the world welcomed and nurtured these gifts. Today, however, our world constantly takes us out of the body and into digital screens. We've lost our most important connection due to a lack of silence, disconnection from nature, the pressure to perform, and the shaming of spiritual connection.

Through rituals, ceremonies, embodied spiritual work, and practical tools, Angell will guide you to:

Recover your sanity.
Receive guidance from the natural world.
Reconnect with the ancient voices and magic inside of you.
Reignite your life, your soul purpose, and your relationships.

Come learn how to return to your magic. Return home with tools to help you harvest this ancient wisdom and continue developing, understanding, and following sacred visions from other realms in your everyday life.

Please note: Rooms are ready by 4:00 pm. You may store your bags in the Luggage Room until your room is available. On the day of departure, room check-out time is 10:00 am—you may remain on campus and take part in workshops until 2:00 pm. Actual times and schedules may vary; please see the Guest Boards or the schedule provided upon check-in for details and room locations.

Registering for any Kripalu on campus experience includes three daily meals, daily yoga, and movement classes, and access to the Kripalu grounds and other amenities: including Healing Arts, the Shop, the Cafe, and our grounds.
