Through yoga, meditation, heart-centered music and mantra, somatic practices, and teachings rooted in feminine embodiment, you will explore how reconnecting with your body can restore creativity, vitality, and emotional balance. Rather than pushing harder, you’ll learn how to listen to your body’s rhythms and cultivate the inner safety that allows inspiration and magnetism to arise naturally.
