Deepen Your Connection to Yoga

In this retreat, we will take deep dives into the physical practice of yoga, while also exploring how to practice yoga in the realm of daily life. Natasha Rizopoulos teaches with precise instruction and offers props, modifications, and variations throughout her classes. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or a newer student interested in building a strong foundation, Natasha’s methodology will provide the tools you need to take your practice to the next level.

In this program, you will learn:

  • Foundational yoga poses
  • Fundamental actions and intentions that provide integrity and balance throughout the practice
  • A simple series of poses designed to build and maintain strength and flexibility
  • An introduction to meditation and philosophy so that the many layers of yoga can become integrated into daily life upon returning home

Mornings will be dedicated to asana, with expansive practices that will include ways to modify and adapt for a variety of levels of experience. Afternoon and evening sessions will combine gentle and restorative yoga with practical applications of philosophy and meditation, offering insights into how the quieter practices of yoga can expand our understanding of who we are and how we operate in the world.

This program is for anyone who wants to develop or deepen their connection to yoga, so they can experience the benefits of the practice throughout their lives, from improvements in posture, mobility, and strength, to a deeper understanding of our relationship to our thoughts, ourselves, and others.

All levels of experience are welcome.
