We Are the Luckiest
The livestream experience
Discover Unexpected Joys
In this online experience streamed live from the Kripalu campus, join bestselling author Laura McKowen for a weekend of honest conversation, deep connection, and genuine inspiration—for anyone who has stopped drinking, is questioning their relationship with alcohol, or is simply curious about what a life without it might hold.
Sobriety can be the greatest gift you never asked for. It can also be lonely, confusing, and hard (or impossible!) to do on your own. This livestream retreat is a chance to join a community of people who get it and have walked the walk.
Through talks, workshops, and movement with Laura and Eric Johnson, CEO of The Luckiest Club, you'll explore:
- What it really means to be one of the luckiest
- The tools and practices that sustain a sober life through all its seasons
- How to build and lean on community as a genuine source of strength
- The unexpected joys, freedoms, and revelations that sobriety makes possible
- A renewed sense of purpose, connection, and possibility for the road ahead
Whether you're newly sober, years into your journey, or simply wondering if alcohol is getting in your way, you are welcome here.
NOTE: This program is designed for those who are sober or sober curious. It is open to participants 18 and older. No movement experience is required. Please bring a journal and pen.
