AWAKEN THE INNATE WISDOM OF YOUR BODY
Reconnect with your body as a wellspring of wisdom, guidance, and healing in this nurturing somatic yoga series. Through gentle movement, mindful breath, and embodied awareness, you will awaken to the subtle messages within and cultivate a deeper relationship with yourself.
In this five-session journey, Bobbie Ellis—seasoned teacher and guide in somatic practice—invites you to explore the language of your body in a safe, supportive space. Each session builds upon the last, gently guiding you from foundational awareness to empowered expression.
Together, you will:
- Learn to attune to bodily sensations as a pathway to self-awareness and self-regulation.
- Deepen your connection to breath as an anchor for grounding and centering.
- Explore areas where tension and emotional stress are held and gently invite release.
- Engage in movement as a form of personal expression and healing.
- Build confidence in listening to and trusting your body’s innate wisdom.
This journey offers not just physical practice, but a holistic invitation to come home to your body—honoring its signals, embracing its stories, and celebrating its role in your growth and wellbeing. Through reflection, group sharing, and restorative integration, you will leave with tools to continue your practice and embody vibrant health, self-acceptance, and inner balance.

- Session 2: Exploring the Role of the Breath in Somatic Yoga
- Deepen your connection to breath as a tool for grounding, relaxation, and embodied presence.
- Session 3: Listening to Your Body’s Messages
- Learn to listen to your body’s wisdom by exploring the link between physical sensations and emotional states.
- Session 4: Empowering Movement and Expression
- Release stored tension and invite new energy through empowering movement and expressive somatic exploration.
- Session 5: Integrating the Wisdom of Your Body
- Integrate your discoveries and celebrate your unique embodiment with dynamic movement, reflection, and shared insights.
