Becoming Fully Human with Partner Yoga

We are designed as humans to be social beings, with loving touch being one of our most basic and important needs. These past number of years of isolation and separation have left the marks of trauma on each of us. Whether we endured financial hardship, extended illness, or the mental strain of uncertainty, we have each experienced the stress of extended isolation.

Join master Partner Yoga teachers Elysabeth Williamson, Gina Lee, and Lara Christine for an opportunity to connect to your inherent goodness. Through yoga, partner yoga and exercises that inspire authentic connection with others, you will

  • Deepen your practice and understanding of the power of yoga to heal
  • Release post-traumatic stress by opening to others and our universal human experience
  • Unwind fearful patterning through the healing power of touch
  • Play with form and energy and reconnect with the natural joy of connecting with others
  • Learn a simple take-home partner yoga flow for use as a home practice.

Through the ancient art and science of yoga, we learn that we are spiritual beings having a human experience. Partner yoga invites us into a felt experience of compassionate connection with ourselves and others, inspiring us to become more fully human.
