CONSCIOUS CONNECTION WITH OTHERS

Join master Partner Yoga teachers Elysabeth Williamson, Gina Lee, and Lara Christine for a program that teaches you the foundational tools of Principle-Based Partner Yoga™—a visionary healing art that combines ancient yogic wisdom with contemporary mind-body understanding.  

 This Level I training, designed for everyone interested in an in-depth exploration of Partner Yoga topics, includes

  • How to design and facilitate a Partner Yoga workshop 
  • Understanding and implementing Partner Yoga principles 
  • Cultivating clear, compassionate, and confident touch 
  • Adjusting and assisting techniques 
  • Group postures and meditations 
  • Study and practice of a wide variety of postures presented in The Pleasures and Principles of Partner Yoga, by Elysabeth Williamson  
  • A 60-page Level I training manual 

Compassionate touch is as vital to our survival as air, food and water. As with these other forms of nourishment, it is the quality of touch we receive that determines its capacity to nourish us. Touch activates the innate wisdom of the body and accelerates our understanding of the root principle of yoga (union). Partner Yoga practice has a profound capacity to still the fluctuations of the mind, and provides a direct and unforgettable experience of our interconnectedness.  

Note This program is suitable for both individuals and couples. As a special addition, this training includes an opportunity to participate in a weekend workshop, Becoming Fully Human With Partner Yoga, immediately implementing the learned skills and techniques. This program is accredited through Yoga Alliance with 30 hours of CEUs.
