Befriending Winter

Each winter presents a time for us to explore its beauty and power. This November and December, join lead faculty member and founder of Kripalu’s School of Mindful Outdoor Leadership Micah Mortali on a journey of rediscovering and renegotiating your old contracts with the season.

Through a four-week online intensive that includes live evening teachings with Micah, you will

  • Learn to use mindfulness and the concept of human rewilding to tap into your senses, ancestral wisdom, and skills
  • Integrate your learning with weekly assignments that cover topics like hygge, agni, winter tracking, trance states, foraging, and more
  • Participate in individual and group practices and meditations to guide your work.

Open the doorways of awareness this winter—and gain knowledge and skills that will nourish you for the rest of your days.

This program—developed and led by our own faculty with the Kripalu methodology in mind—is offered exclusively at Kripalu.
