Join authors, coaches and leadership guides, Rimi Chakraborty and Samantha Anderson, for an online program that offers a revolutionary framework for the reclamation of your balance and well-being. Rimi and Samantha will share key teachings and practical tools from their book, Beyond Resilience to Rootsilience: A Revolutionary Women's Leadership Framework for Balance, Well-being and Success, to help you decode the language of your body, mind, and behavior. 

Through conscious exercises, mind-body integration practices, journaling, and more, you will:

  • Gain literacy in the language of your body, behavior, and mind.
  • Learn to identify your unique signs of ease and imbalance.
  • Harness the power of the revolutionary "rootsilience" framework.
  • Build and expand your toolkit for movement, meditation, and foods that support you.
  • Embrace a new path for overall health and well-being.  

Rootsilience takes the notion of resilience a step further. Rather than stretching to our limits, rootsilience teaches us how to live as our whole selves. It maps the VIA Character Strengths to the chakras and unlocks transformational wisdom for your behavioral, physical, and emotional health. It also provides a path for you to be able to respond to life's stressors from a place of security and balance.

NOTE Participants should wear comfortable clothing and come to each session with a yoga mat, any supporting props such as a blanket and pillow, and a journal for writing exercises. You will have access to the video recording(s) for 30 days after the program ends. All recordings will be available within 72 hours of the end of each session.

Rimi Chakraborty is the cofounder of Minuvida Azores, an immersive travel and learning business in São Miguel Island. She teaches yoga and mindfulness across the globe and online, drawing from over 20 years of personal practice.
