DEVELOP PROGRAMS FOR YOUR CLIENTS & COMMUNITIES
- Learn how to plan and teach BBM Fundamentals, group practice sessions, and Level 1 Teacher Training.
- Participate in the teachers’ meetings before and after each session as you become a stronger, more confident, and more versatile BBM teacher.
- Engage in more advanced practices with Dr. Brown (those interested in using breathwork in psychotherapy or in research are invited to meet with Dr. Gerbarg).
- Develop the skills needed to become leaders in developing BBM programs for your clients, communities, and areas of interest.
Prerequisites Completion of Level 2 BBM Teacher Training; regular practice of coherent breathing and other techniques for at least 20 minutes per day at least five days per week; experience teaching BBM and assisting in BBM courses; and completion of the approval process before registration.
