DEVELOP PROGRAMS FOR YOUR CLIENTS & COMMUNITIES

Breath-Body-Mind™ (BBM) integrates ancient and modern trauma-sensitive techniques to rapidly balance stress-response systems for self-care and healing others. Developed by Integrative Psychiatrists, Richard P. Brown, MD and Patricia Gerbarg, MD, BBM has proven benefits—for healthcare professionals, clients, patients, military, veterans, and child and adult survivors of mass disasters—and has been shown to increase resilience and reduce the effects of stress.

Take your BBM teaching skills to the next level by training the candidates for BBM Level 1 Instructor Training while Dr. Brown, Dr. Gerbarg, and BBM Senior Teachers monitor and coach you. You will:
  • Learn how to plan and teach BBM Fundamentals, group practice sessions, and Level 1 Teacher Training.
  • Participate in the teachers’ meetings before and after each session as you become a stronger, more confident, and more versatile BBM teacher.
  • Engage in more advanced practices with Dr. Brown (those interested in using breathwork in psychotherapy or in research are invited to meet with Dr. Gerbarg).
  • Develop the skills needed to become leaders in developing BBM programs for your clients, communities, and areas of interest.
NOTE This program is open to those who have completed BBM Teacher Training Level 2, assisted in BBM courses, and obtained approval from Dr. Gerbarg and Dr. Brown. To obtain approval, please contact Linda Lentini at BBMFLinda@gmail.com before you register for this course.
