Life requires constant effort to care for those you love, from paying the bills and preparing meals to comforting, listening, and encouraging. To sustain your ability to engage with the world and its endless swirl of details, balance is an absolute necessity.

This (mostly) silent retreat focuses on the meditation of not doing and simply being. Take the time to trust the intelligence of your bodymind and give it space to rejuvenate. Using relaxing guided meditations, easy walks in nature, and time for discussion, this program aims for simplicity. Sometimes the best you can do is pause, breathe, rest, and allow life’s rhythms to refresh you.
