Hugh Byrne, PhD, a teacher with the Insight Meditation Community of Washington and author of The Here-and-Now Habit and Habit Swap has taught mindfulness meditation since 2000.
Full Bio and ProgramsRebecca Hines began teaching Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction in 2007. She currently teaches with the Insight Meditation Community of Washington and is on the faculty of the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program.
