Join Kripalu legacy faculty, Rudy Peirce, as he empowers you to explore your pain-free range of motion with a unique approach to gentle yoga that has been honed over decades of teaching and training yoga teachers.

Through breathing techniques, mindful movement, and deep relaxation, you will:

  • Learn sequences that can increase breathing capacity and calm the nervous system.
  • Access new levels of self-acceptance and relaxation.
  • Experience an inner sanctuary of stillness.  

Return home rejuvenated and ready to savor more yoga in your life.

NOTE Choose to experience the sessions as chair yoga, mat yoga, or a combination of both. Rudy will encourage you to experiment and explore options to ensure you feel safe and comfortable.
