Our bodies are more than just a temple—they are living, organic allies and conduits for our greatest personal power. When we connect with the body on its own terms and learn to communicate with it and listen deeply, the body will support us in feeling strong, confident, and purposeful.

Join certifed yoga therapist Erica Mather for a program that focuses on the attributes you would most like to embody in your life. Through yoga, pranayama, journaling, meditation, and more, you will:

  • Come to a place of embodied empowerment. 
  • Develop more clarity about how to partner with your body.
  • Explore how to move forward on your life's path in flow with your magic.
