PAUSING IS THE MEDICINE OF THESE TIMES

For many of us, our nervous system's heightened stress response now feels normal. It contracts us, hardening and separating us from ourselves, each other, and the world around us.

Join meditation and yoga instructor, Jillian Pransky, for a program that focuses on pausing. A conscious relaxation and expanding practice, pausing doesn't only bring more ease and openness to our bodies, it is also a way of disrupting our habitual reactions, making it possible for us to create new ways of responding to the moment and expanding our behavior options.

Through somatic movement, yoga, restorative rest, mindfulness practices and more, you will learn to:

  • Reduce stress and tension.
  • Create a sense of spaciousness.
  • Open the path for a deeper connection in your body, mind, and heart.
  • Cultivate expanded awareness and deep listening.

Jillian will also guide you progressively through LARLAR™, her six-step method created to help you integrate pausing into your life. Afternoons will be spent expanding pause in nature, soaking up nurturing sound meditations, and enjoying live music for extra healing. Return home feeling better and with new skills to bring more pause into your daily life.
