Have you ever considered that you could change your yoga, meditation, and pranayama practice with the season just like you do your food? This fall, join Kripalu’s beloved Ayurveda and yoga teachers and learn to embrace the fall season by discovering how Ayurveda can inform your yoga practice. 

Under the guidance of supportive faculty, be open to curiosity as you tune into the shifts of seasonal qualities. Autumn brings a wind of change as the weather becomes colder and drier, leaving the heat and moisture of summer behind. Discover how fall is present in the body, mind, and senses while experiencing the grounding and nourishing practices that promote a steady nervous system, assisit in proper circulation, and stoke the inner fire.  

In this immersive retreat, you will explore

  • The Ayurveda theory behind the benefits of seasonal yoga practice 
  • Accessible asana, meditation, and pranayama practices aligned with fall   
  • Self-care routines to enhance your yoga practice and soothe the nervous system   
  • Time on the Kripalu land in reciprocity as you commune with the 5-elements  
  • Integration practices through journaling, reflection, and connection. 

Leave the program with a home practice plan, a renewed sense of rhythm and calm, and tools to make empowered choices to maintain your internal sense of equilibrium throughout the year.

Note Please bring warm layers for outdoor sessions.
