On Campus Program

Guiding Students into Deeper States of Relaxation Teacher Training

Join experienced restorative yoga teacher, Jillian Pransky, and further develop your ability to offer transformational classes. Learn how to artfully choose words, create imagery, sequence instructions, and craft a pace and tone that will help your students initiate their own healing and rejuvenation.

In this teacher training, you will explore:

  • Creative ways to teach savasana, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, guided relaxation, and meditations
  • General principles of the koshas and subtle energy body, nervous system, right and left-brain learning, and perception
  • The latest neurological research supporting relaxation and language, and teacher-student connection
  • Techniques such as progressive relaxation, meditation, imagery, yoga nidra, and breathing practices

Return home feeling skillful and confident in guiding in-the-moment experiences rather than relying on scripts. Your students will benefit from this personal and purposeful approach to conscious relaxation.

NOTE This program qualifies for 10 hours of CE credits through Yoga Alliance. More information will be provided during the program.
