Are you in a time of transition or ready to start investing in yourself? Are you wondering how you might make a difference in the world?

Join inspirational teacher and psychologist, Maria Sirois, for an exploration of valor and purpose in a four-week online program. Maria will integrate story, positive psychology, appreciative inquiry, poetry, and journaling to help you examine the narratives of who you are, who you seek to become, and what you have to offer.

Through discussion, meditative practices, journaling, reflection, and more, you will: 

• Gain greater clarity about the values and directions that matter most. 
• Understand courage and its importance in your life. 
• Center yourself in peace and wisdom. 
• Learn about appreciative inquiry. 

This program explores themes relevant to shaping a potent life and addressing what our lineages have granted us. Return home with an appreciation of how we have already shown up as heroic figures in our lives and a vision for how to continue to impact others positively.
