  • Nourishes the meridian system, connective tissues, and bones, supporting a natural range of motion in the joints
  • Integrates pranayama (breathing techniques) to enhance the practice and its benefits.

This program also includes dharma talks, inner reflection, journaling, and time for Q&A.
