Knit, Pray, Love Where Crafting Meets Mindfulness
- Presenter: Michelle Dalbec

TAKE TIME TO DO WHAT YOU LOVE
Join Michelle Dalbec for a unique retreat designed specifically for knitters, crocheters, and fiber artists of all kinds. Knit Pray Love is a heartful, immersive experience where the art of crafting weaves together with mindfulness, offering space to reconnect with your creativity and inner calm. Discover how knitting, crocheting, and fiber arts can become meditative practices that deepen presence and peace.
Throughout the retreat, you’ll experience the joy of crafting in community—sharing stories, inspiration, and techniques in a nurturing environment. It’s a place where friendships are formed, passions are rekindled, and the collective energy of making together brings both comfort and renewal. Rest in the kinship of others who share your love for this timeless, tactile art form.
Our program blends easeful movement, mindful crafting, and meaningful conversation to support your whole self—body, mind, and spirit.
In this retreat, you will experience:
- Settle and Sooth: Guided mindfulness and meditation practices to support presence and soothe the nervous system.
- Move with Ease: Gentle movement and self-massage designed specifically for crafters to release tension and improve mobility.
- Stitch and Share: Heartfelt community conversations around knitting, mindfulness, and creativity. Bring your works in progress and stitch in a supportive, circle-based space.
- Saturday Night Knit-In: A cozy, informal gathering to knit together—plus a few fun surprises!
All levels of crafting experience are welcome—whether you’re brand new or a seasoned maker. Come as you are, because who you are is perfect. Bring one or two projects to enjoy during the weekend, and outside of our time together, explore the amazing amenities and beautiful setting that Kripalu has to offer.
Come with friends, make new ones, get inspired, inspire others, and celebrate the beauty of community through mindful making at Knit Pray Love.
NOTE: Consider bringing a simple, meditative project that’s easy to work on during our mindfulness practices—it helps deepen the experience.
