KRIPALU SIGNATURE
This program—developed and led by our own faculty with the Kripalu methodology in mind—is offered exclusively at Kripalu.

For everyone; no experience necessary.

Get outside and go with the flow—on the water, on the earth, and on the mat! Satisfy your longing to connect with nature as you explore hiking, kayaking, and yoga in the beauty of the Berkshires. Tap into nature’s profound ability to inspire and help us gain clarity in our lives, as you

  • Hike the winding trails of the Yokun Ridge, with different levels to suit your needs
  • Enjoy guided kayaking on beautiful Lake Mahkeenac
  • Relax into tranquil walking and floating meditations
  • Practice Kripalu Yoga to balance body and mind.

Participants should be comfortable hiking on wooded trails over hilly and sometimes difficult terrain and have some experience with kayaking.

Recommendations (additional fees apply):

  • Pamper yourself with a Kripalu Meditative Massage

Please reserve early as appointments are limited. Find out more about these sessions on Kripalu’s Healing Arts pages or call 888.738.1822 to make an appointment.
