Kripalu Schools of Ayurveda and Mindful Outdoor Leadership Alumni Weekend Living into the Five Great Elements
- Presenter: Micah Mortali
- Presenter: Erin Casperson
- Presenter: Katie Hagel
FOR KSA AND KSMOL GRADUATES
Join director of the Kripalu School of Ayurveda (KSA), Erin Casperson, and director of the Kripalu School of Mindful Outdoor Leadership (KSMOL), Micah Mortali, for an opportunity to gather with other KSA and KSMOL alumni. Ayurveda was born during a time of intimate connection with all of earth’s creation. From this wisdom, KMSOL was born.
As you sit in the spirit of reciprocity with the Five Elements, you will:
- Explore Ayurvedic philosophy on physical realms, subtle realms, and consciousness.
- Practice sit spot and open your senses to the Five Elements.
- Gather around the fire for storytelling and council practice.
- Embark on guided longform outdoor experiences and spring foraging.
- Discuss, reflect, and practice conscious caretaking of the land.
Return home feeling more connected to other Kripalu Alumi and ready to embrace spring.
NOTE This weekend is for KSMOL and KSA graduates only (Ayurvedic Health Counselors and Foundations of Ayurveda). Please bring seasonally appropriate shoes and outerwear for outdoor walks; all sessions will be held outdoors.
