Sadhana is the establishing of a regular practice of yoga. This practice is used as a technique for cultivating well-being that can be applied to your daily life for physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual development.
Join Kripalu faculty for a superb, comprehensive program based on Kripalu Yoga—a powerful transformative practice that integrates the many parts of who you are. Kripalu Yoga aims to build clarity, break down limitations, and open you to a more joyful and passionate life.
Through yoga, breath practices, and meditation, you will:
- Use heightened awareness of your body as a tool for transformation.
- Combine yogic breathing with movement for greater mind/body integration.
- Attune to the messages of prana, the healing life force.
- Explore the depths of yoga postures.
- Hold postures beyond self-limiting beliefs to experience new levels of energy.
- Allow the spontaneous movements of the posture flow to release creative powers.
- Receive guidance for setting up your own at-home practice of Kripalu Yoga.
