Join author and master teacher Dr. Roger Jahnke and assisting faculty from the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi (IIQTC) as they train you in qigong methods that harness and utilize the power of qi for self-healing, stress mastery, and inner peace.
Through an accessible array of easy and fun qigong practices—comprised of the Four Dimensions of Qigong that include gentle movements, breath practice, self-massage, and mindfulness/self awareness—you will learn to create classes that you can lead live and online. These movement, breath, and mindfulness practices will help you

Roger Jahnke, OMD, is a doctor of Chinese medicine with 35 years of clinical practice and 45 years as a teacher of qigong and tai chi, as well as author of two celebrated books and lead trainer of qigong and tai chi of more than 3000 teachers and practice leaders.
Full Bio and ProgramsCynthia Maltenfort is a certified Integral Qigong and Tai Chi teacher and an IIQTC Tai Chi Easy™ senior trainer who has been teaching yoga since 2002, and tai chi and qigong since 2015.
