Explore the foundations of meditation through a grounded, welcoming, and experiential four-week online series. Whether you're brand new to meditation or looking to reconnect with your practice, this series offers practical tools to support presence, emotional clarity, and inner calm.
Each week, you’ll be introduced to different approaches to meditation, rooted in ancient wisdom and adapted for modern life.
Sessions include brief teachings, guided meditation, and time for reflection and questions. You’ll leave with simple practices you can integrate into daily life, even in the midst of busyness.
Come as you are. No prior experience is needed.
By the end of the series, you will have:
- A toolbox of accessible, embodied meditation practices
- Greater comfort navigating stress and emotional intensity
- A deeper sense of connection to yourself, your body, and the present moment
