Mindfulness-Based Harmonica Reduce Stress and Play Blues, Rock, and Folk Instantly

For everyone; no musical, mindfulness, or yoga experience needed.

Could you benefit from a unique, entertaining, interactive, and joyful way to begin, invigorate, or deepen a mindfulness or yoga practice? If so, what better way to focus on breathing—a basic element of yoga, mindfulness, and many stress-reduction methods—than with the inhalations and exhalations of a catchy blues-rock harmonica tune, or the uplifting, spiritual tones of Beethoven’s Ode to Joy?

In this program, you learn to

  • Play in duets and small groups to build mindfulness skills, both musical and interpersonal
  • Combine harmonica-based breath focus with meditation to create a personalized mindfulness practice, and with asana to enhance vinyasa
  • Use “HarMantras” to short-circuit stress instantly.

Within minutes, you’ll improvise simple blues and rock. By Friday, you’ll be playing everything from Amazing Grace to amplified jam sessions as you gain accessible and effective mindfulness skills that can be applied anywhere, anytime—with or without a harmonica.

Note Tuition includes two harmonicas, and David Harp’s workbook and CD.
