Qigong and Deep Relaxation for Self-Care Enhance Your Health, Healing, and Longevity
- Presenter: Ken Nelson

SLOW THE ARC OF AGING
Do you long to replenish your energy, strengthen your resilience, and slow the arc of aging? Join Ken Nelson for a nourishing journey of self-care rooted in qigong, meditative breathing, and guided deep rest. These gentle, empowering practices are easy to learn and profoundly restorative.
In this three-part online series, you’ll learn to move and breathe with ease, grace, and presence—enhancing posture, balance, strength, and stamina. Discover how to stay rooted and centered while cultivating flexibility and fluidity, both inside and out.
Grounded in the wisdom of Chinese medicine and modern research, these ancient energy practices are designed to:
- Boost immunity and vitality.
- Calm the nervous system and quiet the mind.
- Awaken inner insight and support emotional well-being.
Each session includes a deeply relaxing yoga nidra meditation—practiced seated or lying down—to enhance integration and support healing. Yoga nidra has been clinically shown to reduce anxiety, improve sleep, and lift mood.
You’ll take home practices you can use daily to:
- Reduce stress, release tension, and restore energy.
- Support mental clarity, emotional balance, and self-compassion.
- Connect with your life force through mindful movement and stillness.
Let these three sessions be a gift to yourself—an invitation to return home to your body, breath, and inner resources for health and healing.
Accessible to all, regardless of age, experience, or physical condition.
NOTE: You will have access to the video recording(s) for 30 days after the program ends. All recordings will be available within 72 hours of the end of each session.
