On Campus Program

Queen, Goddess, and Warrior Becoming the Heroine of Your Story

ASANA, LIFESTYLE, MEDITATION & ACCEPTANCE

Who am I? How do I fit in? Where is my community... and where are my sisters? For anyone longing for soul connection, these questions arise with so many possible answers. The truth is: many journeys—even those made by our ancestors—are made up of women making it in the world with strong connections to their past. And we are proud products of our ancestors.

Join Erica Garcia Abergel, one of the rising Latina faces of yoga, for a retreat and celebration of all that you are and aspire to be as you embrace yourself in your greatness and show up as your most authentic self. Filled with self-exploration and shadow work, this program invites you to start at the core of who you are in relation to your ancestors. Through guided discussion, group work, self-reflection, and more, you will experience:

  • Yoga and meditation
  • Anatomy of prayer
  • Sound bath
  • Labrinth walking meditation
  • Journaling and manifesting
  • The basics of Ayurveda and the chakras
  • The uses of crystals and essential oils
  • Self-reflective exercises

Give yourself permission to be the regal, gracious, divine, and intuitive S-hero of your story as you fight for your safety, survival, respect, and joy. Return home with tools to use in your everyday life for continued growth, stability, and balance.

NOTE This program is for women or those who identify as women.
