THE SIDEWALK SUTRAS

We live in a world where everyone knows the word yoga, but do we really know what it means and how it helps us?

Join Erica Garcia Abergel, one of the rising Latina faces of yoga, for a retreat that offers a modern approach to the Eight Limbs of Yoga—a simple roadmap for leading a balanced and fulfilling life, both on and off the mat. Erica will guide you through an exciting journey of self-exploration and realization, one that helps you navigate life’s ups and downs with grace and equanimity.

During this retreat, you will learn ways to:

  • Identify and access the profound tools of the yamas, niyamas, and asana.
  • Utilize the various breathing and concentration techniques of pranayama, pratyahara, and dharana.
  • Explore dhyana (meditation) and the concept of samadadhi, the ultimate goal of yoga.

By incorporating these principles into your daily life, you can create a holistic approach that supports your personal growth and helps you maintain a sense of balance and well-being. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, these tools offer a profound way to live a more intentional and fulfilling life.

NOTE: 10 hours of CECs offered through Yoga Alliance.
