MOVE WITH THE ELEMENTS

Summer is the season to melt what’s stuck and ignite what’s ready to rise. Most people think dance is about looking good and having the right moves. Forget that. This is about wild, instinctual movement—a full-body wake up that shakes loose what’s been holding you back.

With international DJ Tasha Blank and acclaimed 5Rhythms teacher Nico Allen, we’ll dive into the primal intelligence of our bodies and spark our creative fire through ecstatic movement, music, and ritual.  

Immersed in nature, we’ll move with the elements:

  • Earth: Ground, root, and remember who you are.
  • Fire: Burn through blocks, shake off stagnation, and spark your power.
  • Water: Cleanse, soften, and surrender.
  • Air: Breathe, expand, and receive.
  • Ether: Step into mystery and go beyond what you know.

This is where we drop the old stories and rewrite our relationship with the body. Where movement becomes medicine. Where we rest, integrate, and emerge more alive than ever—with somatic tools that fuel our life, long after the music fades.

It all builds to a sweat-drenched, electrifying, campus-wide dance where we let loose, let go, and reconnect with our richest resources..
