  • Practice tantric mantra meditations that expand your bliss body. 
  • Gain deep inner peace, a calmer nervous system, and clear thinking. 
  • Explore the depths of consciousness and release psychic blocks through yoga nidra.
  • Rejuvenate your body through gentle, therapeutic asana taught in the Ashaya method. 
  • Open your chakras to experience the full power of your divine Self.

NOTE This program is suitable for students of yoga and meditation, seekers of freedom and transformation, and yoga and meditation teachers of all styles and traditions. Todd will offer two bonus early morning practices of mantra, pranayama, meditation, and savasana as part of this weekend experience.

Todd Norian, E-RYT 500, is an internationally acclaimed yoga teacher and author. A student of yoga since 1980, he masterfully offers alignment-based, heart-centered yoga. With warmth and humor, Todd excels at making deep philosophical teachings accessible and relatable.
