Tibetan Yoga and Meditation Divine Feminine Practices for Healing, Wisdom, and Joy
- Presenter: James Bae

AWAKEN THE DIVINE FEMININE
Through the practice of Tibetan Buddhist yoga, we cultivate an inner sensitivity to the vital energies of the subtle body. It can serve as a gateway to integrate mind and body, and also a way to connect with our innate compassion and wisdom.
Join Dr. James Bae for a retreat focused on the divine feminine and its relationship to Tibetan Buddhist yoga. When the sacred feminine is centered in our approach to yoga, our practice and our own body is a vehicle to access our intrinsic wisdom, beauty, and power.
Participants will learn somatic, breath, and meditation methods to integrate in their daily practice. Whether for healing, longevity, or to incorporate Buddhist yoga embodiment practices, this celebratory retreat is suited to participants of all levels of experience.
These subtle body yogic exercises are ways to deepen our meditation and are often practiced in conjunction with contemplations on the sacred feminine. Through ritual, mantra, and embodied prayer, we can connect with the blessings of the sacred feminine.
Open to all.
