Trust Your Gut A SomaSoul® Somatic Therapy Workshop
- Presenter: Dan Leven

RECLAIM YOUR GUT’S INHERENT POWER
Our gut reactions and instincts can be “right on” at times and at other times be biased by our personal histories, unprocessed small and large traumas, and guide us in directions that are painful. Knowing what the truth is from our gut’s perspective and to trust our guts is no small achievement.
In this workshop, you will learn a powerful process where mind tunes into body. You will discover where your awareness attunes and tracks the feeling experience in your guts and then learns to translate these sensations and feelings into important information that can help make sense of our “now experience” as well as our personal histories or traumas that shape our now experience. When we ask a gut feeling if it has a message for us and why is it here, deeper knowings emerge from the body.
Through a dynamic experiential teaching approach that combines somatic and expressive arts processes, you will bring healing to your gut that can feel tied up in knots, fearful, or disconnected, and open to your body’s wisdom and your soulful depths.
Rediscover your gutsy presence as you:
- Embody your guts and unlock their aliveness through SomaSoul® somatic yoga and dance.
- Learn to ride the wave and track the experience of sensations, feelings, and emotions within the belly center and other parts of the body.
- Discover how to translate the raw feelings in your body to important messages that can guide your life.
- Tune into your gut presence, a fuller and more grounded sense of you, while listening and speaking to others.
Please join us and reclaim your gut’s inherent power within your own belly!
