Trusting the River Yoga as a Way of Life
- Presenter: Rolf Gates

DISCOVER YOUR TRUE NATURE
In this weekend intensive, we will use the practices of yoga, meditation, and breathwork to explore the meaning behind the teaching found in every wisdom tradition that invites us to take refuge in the way things are. Led by Kripalu faculty Rolf Gates, this experience offers to hold us as we experience the present moment, just as it is.
At first glance, this invitation can seem to be the suggestion that we accept the unacceptable. During this set of practices, we will move beyond a glance and into the direct experience of the moment and our true nature to see if there is indeed something fundamentally trustworthy at the heart of our existence.
In this retreat, you will experience:
- Meditation practices
- Breathwork exercises
- Yoga
- Heart-centered community
- Present moment mindfulness
Please join us in this nourishing retreat as we rest in the sanctuary of our true nature.
