Tsa Lung The Tibetan Yoga of Breath and Movement

In Tibetan, “tsa” means channel and “lung” means vital breath or wind (prana). Bringing focused attention to body, breath and mind, through physical movement, Tsa Lung practice opens the body’s energy centers, or chakras, clearing the obstacles that obscure the pure and open space of being—the source of love, compassion, joy, and equanimity.

These easy-to-perform yet powerful exercises are a gateway to meditation, enhancing the experience of open awareness in everyday life. They are designed to clear obstacles that can cause disease and drive negative thoughts, allowing you to recognize and rest in the true source of being.
