Vibrant Women of Color A Creative Wellness Retreat for Young Women of Color

REDEFINE YOUR WELLNESS NARRATIVE

Step into the transformative sanctuary of the Vibrant Women of Color retreat—a holistic five-day journey designed by poet, writer, and founder of The Brooklyn Wellness Club, Paris Alexandra.

This immersive experience is tailored for young women of color creatives—18 years and older—seeking to reclaim and rewrite their wellness narratives. Join Paris for an enriching summer retreat where you'll cultivate self-love, joy, and community through a diverse range of activities. From guided meditations to collaborative group discussions, creative self-expression projects to uplifting yoga sessions, every moment is an opportunity for growth and empowerment.

Through intentional programming and heartfelt conversations, you will:

  • Develop essential skills in communication, empathy, and boundary-setting.
  • Become empowered to navigate relationships with grace and authenticity.
  • Emerge with a strengthened sense of self-awareness and a supportive community of friends.

This program prioritizes body inclusivity and meaningful connections among participants—and ensures every woman of color feels seen, heard, and valued, fostering personal growth and empowerment for all. Join us and embark on a journey of transformation and empowerment like never before.
