NURTURE YOUR SOFT POWER

The womb is an ecosystem, mirroring the Earth’s rhythms, seasons, and cycles. In these times of deep ecological and bodily upheaval, we gather to remember that we are nature, and our wombs are microcosms of the Earth. As womb-bearers, we are living reflections of the Earth’s intelligence—sensitive, adaptive, and profoundly attuned to the unseen. Open to all who seek a deeper connection with the womb, whether physical or energetic, this retreat is an invitation to reclaim relationship to the womb as a site of ancestral memory, resilience, and transformation.

Together we will:

  • Explore how trauma, pleasure, emotion, and memory shape our wombs, our bodies, and our kinship to the land.
  • Cultivate an embodied understanding of the womb’s seasons and hormonal fluidity.
  • Restore the rhythm of the nervous system to nurture the soft power, cyclical magic, and life force energy of the womb.
  • Experience somatic womb work practices to reconnect with your womb as a place of sanctuary, creativity, and vitality.
  • Learn traditional self-touch and womb-tending practices to resource in times of personal and collective challenge and change.
  • Attune to the heart-womb as a pathway of relational healing and emotional fluency.

NOTE: We welcome all bodies in our space, including those who identify as women, femmes, transwomen and transmen, nonbinary and genderfluid folks. We believe womb work is for everyone; we all came from a womb. We also emphasize that you don’t need a physical uterus or ovaries to participate in this workshop.
