UNLOCK THE SECRETS OF AYURVEDIC WISDOM
As the chill of winter settles in, Ayurveda beckons us to align with the rhythms of nature and find harmony within.
Join Kripalu faculty and explore the Ayurvedic principles and practices of self-care that can support us in navigating the cold and dry winter. Take some time to slow down, warm your bones, cook nourishing meals, and reset your nervous system. In community, you will:
- Expand your understanding of your unique constitution and how to eat seasonally.
- Gently awaken your body and mind with balancing yoga practices.
- Find inner stillness through meditation.
- Learn how to cook meals that will support your digestion.
- Nourish and invigorate the body with abhyanga, Ayurvedic self-massage.
This retreat is thoughtfully designed for anyone seeking solace and renewal during the winter months. Reconnect with yourself and nature as you unlock the secrets of Ayurveda's wisdom for the winter season.
NOTE: Please bring layers for outdoor sessions and clothes that allow you to massage your arms and legs with oil.
