The winter solstice is a natural time of retreat. Bears move into hibernation, trees pull their energy deep into their roots—it is a season of coziness, rest, and reflection. Come connect more deeply with yourself and the world around you in this weekend of yoga, meditation, and quiet walks in the winter woods.
