The Wisdom and Medicine of the Earth Healing The Planet and Ourselves

REDISCOVER YOUR EARTHLY CONNECTION

The Earth and humans share a kinship yet this relationship becomes severed when we experience climate collapse, individual illness, and societal problems. How can we reconnect with the Earth?

Join Buddhist eco doula, psychologist, and author, Lindsay Branham, and musician and mindfulness teacher, John Newton, for a program that shows you how a relationship with the Earth can be both individually and collectively healing. Learn how we can shape our future by building a loving, lasting reciprocal relationship with the Earth.

Through moment-to-moment embodied awarenessmindfulness, meditation, embodied nature connection practice, and more, you will:

  • Foster a loving and reciprocal relationship with the Earth.
  • Find embodied support for climate collapse, grief, and more.
  • Gain tools to support your own body's innate intelligence for healing.
  • Practice attunement, receptivity, and self-soothing in nature.
  • Slow down and unwind from extractive ideologies that harm the human and Earth bodies.
  • Explore how to experience interdependency with the Earth.
  • Discover how to transform pain into fertile soil.

This program will nourish the heart and body and spark powerful, healing experiences with the Earth. Return home with an ability to remain centered, joyful, and more fully resourced to continue your practice of Earth relationship.

NOTE This program will feature live music performed by John Newton.
